So I am going to tell you some ways to stay nice and cool no matter where you are! If you follow these instuctions you should be able to stay cool for a while.

Drink water. When it get's hot you'r body sweats to keep you cool, and you loose a lot of your liquid; so drinking water is the best

 Take a tepid shower.

 Keep windows and doors open

 Have a fan

 Wear loose clothing

If it's not to dangerously hot, do the number 1 summer sport... Swimming!
